My Future Social Sciences Summit launched with Participation of 300 Prospective Students

The opening of the 2019 My Future Social Sciences Summit started with the dinner held at Salon Venice Restaurant in Başakşehir Sular Valley on Friday, July 19. The summit, which is the 3rd for this year, is attended by 300 invited students from all over Anatolia. During the dinner, where our President Professor Recep Şentürk and our Secretary General Erkam Tüzgen were present, the invited students received a brief orientation training about the Summit.

Within the scope of the My Future Social Sciences Summit, prospective students will participate in the trainings to be given by our academicians in 107 workshops in different fields that previously selected by the students at the application stage. Thus, the students who will have the opportunity to get acquainted, at the three days, with different aspects of social sciences and will have experienced already a university life in all dimensions from the dormitories to the library and lectures.

What’s at the My Future Is Social Sciences Summit?

On the third day of the Summit, in which various social and cultural activities will be held, the Minister of Youth and Sports Muharrem Kasapoğlu, the Chairman of Turkish Airlines M. İlker Aycı, the General Manager of CNN Türk Bora Bayraktar, the Chairman of Borsa Istanbul Prof. Erişah Arıcan, the President of Supreme Court Ismail Rüştü Cirit and the football commentator Ahmet Çakar will meet with the prospective students and share their experiences with them.
