The panel and exhibition titled “An Ottoman Traveler in Japan on the 88th Anniversary of the Establishment of Tokyo Mosque and Complex: Abdürreşid İbrahim Bey”, organized in cooperation with Ibn Haldun University and the Association for Economic and Cultural Cooperation with Japanese Businesspeople (TUJİAD), will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:00. The event, which will take place with the honored presence of Mr. Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, will also host Irfan Gündüz, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ibn Haldun University, H.E. Masami Tamura, Ambassador of Japan to Türkiye, and Mr. Erdal Güven, President of TUJİAD. The program, to be held at Ibn Haldun University Başakşehir Campus, will continue after the exhibition opening with a panel titled “Following the Footsteps of Abdürreşid İbrahim: Turkey–Japan Cultural Unity.”
