The University undertakes to comply with the fundamental principles set out in the 2020 version of the Magna Charta Universitatum.
For academic ethics, the University undertakes to comply with the Turkish Higher Education Board’s Principles on Scientific Research and Publication Ethics.
The scope of the Principles covers all kinds of scientific research and studies and scientific activities carried out by the university, research ethics issues related to scientific research and development projects supported or carried out, research ethics issues related to theses and scientific publications made during graduate education and scientific research and development projects carried out, publication ethics issues related to all kinds of publications published or sent for publication in all kinds of press, visual and audio broadcasting organs at home and abroad by members of higher education institutions, and ethical violations that may be involved in the studies to be carried out by members of higher education institutions.
