This is the official reporting platform through which you can report any ethical violations, irregularities, or non-compliance with regulations in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and reliability, with the aim of preserving our university’s culture of transparency and fairness.

At Ibn Haldun University, we place justice, integrity, transparency, and ethical values at the center of all our academic and administrative processes.

The Ethics Reporting Hotline was established to allow you to raise concerns regarding irregularities, violations of regulations, or breaches of ethical principles within our university in a safe and impartial environment. All reports you submit to help us collectively foster a responsible, fair, and transparent institutional culture are evaluated with the utmost sensitivity and in strict confidence.

It was established to receive reports of violations of regulations, irregularities, corruption, or ethical breaches.
You are not required to provide personal information; reports are kept confidential and, upon request, are evaluated anonymously.
Reports are reviewed exclusively by the Internal Audit Unit and are evaluated promptly.
