Within the scope of the AI–Enhanced Social Science Research (YADESA) Project, carried out by Ibn Haldun University with the support of the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA), the “Artificial Intelligence Winter School for Social Scientists” will be organized. The Winter School will take place between February 2–7, 2026, at Ibn Haldun University’s Başakşehir Campus, where participants will receive both theoretical and hands-on training in Python programming, data collection through web scraping and APIs, text analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning, delivered by expert instructors from leading institutions across Europe.
Students, researchers, and academics in the field of social sciences who reside in Istanbul will be eligible to participate in the program. Accommodation and meals will be provided, and applications will be accepted until January 2, 2026.
