Our University's Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies will host Academician Dilara Seyidzade, who worked as the secretary of the former President of Azerbaijan, Haydar Aliyev, to present her book "Azerbaijan at the Beginning of the XXth Century: The Road to Independence" and to have a conversation about the road to Azerbaijan's independence.
