Prof. Atilla Arkan, our President, has been appointed as a member of the Presidential Board of Education and Training Policies, which is responsible for making policy recommendations in line with Turkey’s educational goals and objectives.

As part of the collaboration between our School of Education and YETEV Schools, the Montessori education course has been added to our curriculum, providing our students with the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge as well as field experience.

The Writing Workshop, organized in collaboration between Ibn Haldun University and the Istanbul Children's Foundation, concluded with a closing program attended by Istanbul Governor Davut Gül and our President Prof. Atilla Arkan.

In the second session of the Intellectual Interaction Meetings, which provided a platform for critical discussion in the field of economics, the reasons for the rise and fall of nations were examined in the context of Daron Acemoğlu and James A. Robinson's work Why Nations Fail.

At the Commemoration of the Khojaly Genocide Victims program held at Ibn Haldun University, academics, students, and protocol members gathered to remember the human tragedy in Khojaly and called for peace and justice.

The 2nd European Universities Debating Championship, organized in collaboration with Ibn Haldun University, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University, and the Qatar Debate Center, was held in Istanbul with the participation of 16 teams from 10 countries, and awards were presented in various categories.

With the ‘Seyiroloji’ project, which aims to raise young people's awareness of different cultures, our students have been awarded 12 months of support by the Turkish National Agency.

In line with the internationalisation goals of our university, a Delegation headed by Prof. Atilla Arkan, our President held several meetings in Kuwait.
