The second week sessions of the Ibn Haldun Academy Spring Seminars, which was themed "Aesthetics", were held with highly participation on Saturday, May 6, in our campus and online via Zoom.

Within the scope of the "Universities Specializing in Selected Fields Project" of YÖK, our university was selected as the "University Specializing in Digital Social Sciences" as one of the 25 universities in 15 fields of science that were entitled to be supported.

The first week’s sessions of Ibn Haldun Academy Spring Seminars, which was organized under the theme of "Aesthetics", were held on Saturday, April 29 at our Kulliye with highly participation, as well as online via Zoom.

Within the scope of the European Union Erasmus+ KA220 project, the "Scenario and Editing Workshop", which is the Turkey stage of the "Intellectual Independence in the Digital World Project" carried out under the coordination of Eyüp Kayhan, was held at our university between April 24 and 28.

The conference titled “Heydar Aliyev's Legacy in Turkey-Azerbaijan Relations” organized by our university together with the AIR Center, the İstanbul Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies was held at our Kulliye on Wednesday, April 26.

A Framework Protocol was signed between the Presidency Finance Office and our university for the "Istanbul Sustainable Development and Islamic Finance Center of Excellence" project.

Our members came together at the Eid al-Fitr celebration.

In the center, psychotherapy services will be provided for free by our Clinical Psychology Master/PhD students and graduates.

Ibn Haldun University Family Iftar was held on Monday, April 3, at the indoor sports hall in our Sports Center.

Volume 8, Issue 1 (2023) of the Journal of Ibn Haldun Studies has been published.

This week, Wednesday Talks’s issue was “Sociological, Communicational, and Moral Aspects of the Earthquake”

Ibn Haldun University (IHU) and Northern Illinois University (NIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday, March 13, 2023, at our main campus. The MoU aims to enhance collaboration between the two institutions in various areas of mutual interest.

On February 25 and 26, Graduate Career Seminars that were organized by Ibn Haldun Academy were held with the attendance of numerous students from many different universities.

Since the earthquakes that occurred on February 6, Ibn Haldun University has been working to provide aid and heal the wounds of the earthquakes that were intensely felt in Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, Adıyaman, Malatya, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adana, Osmaniye, Kilis, Elazığ and their surroundings. We took it one step further and initiated psychosocial support activities in the area.

As Ibn Haldun University, we keep a close eye on what is happening in the earthquake zone, where Kahramanmaraş is the epicenter.

We are deeply grieved by the earthquake was centered in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş and was felt strongly in Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adana, Adıyaman, Malatya, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kilis, and the nearby areas.

Istanbul, Türkiye - The Imam of Masjid al-Aqsa, Sheikh Ikrimah Sabri, recently visited Ibn Haldun University as part of the "International Academicians Forum on the Jerusalem Issue." During his visit, Sheikh Sabri met with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. İrfan Gündüz, and the President, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan.

The third work of Sadık Vicdani's "Tarîkatlar ve Silsileleri" series has been prepared for publication by our Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof.Dr. İrfan Gündüz and published by Iber Publications.
