The Unkapanı Mill University Reconstruction Project Groundbreaking Ceremony will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the project area located on Fatih-Unkapanı Değirmeni Street, with the participation of Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye.
