Academic Leadership Program II, organized within our university, was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the Teoman Duralı Conference Hall. The program aimed to strengthen leadership capacity in the academic and administrative management processes of our university.
The program, which aimed to contribute to strengthening the understanding of academic governance, was important in terms of establishing a common management language among the academic units of our university.
Deans, institute directors, assistant deans/directors, department/division chairs/assistants, and directors of application and research center participated in the program.
The opening speech of the program was delivered by Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan. Following the opening, presentations were made on the topics of Management Leadership, Educational Leadership, and Research-Project Leadership. The program also included Anti-Bullying Training to support a healthy and safe academic working environment.
Academic Leadership Program II was completed as an important initiative that strengthened institutional cooperation at our university, increased coordination in administrative processes, and contributed to the effectiveness of academic activities.
