Our university delegation visited the HAK-İŞ Confederation on Friday, January 16, 2026. Our university was represented by Rector Prof. Atilla Arkan, Vice Rector Prof. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, and Head of the Strategy and Resource Development Department Mustafa Altunel. Participating on behalf of the HAK-İŞ Confederation were President Mahmut Arslan, Head of the HAK-İŞ Academy Prof. Cengiz Anık, and Head of the HAK-İŞ Education and Planning Committee Prof. Ahmet Sarıtaş.
During the visit, discussions focused on joint academic and social projects that could be carried out between our university and the HAK-İŞ Confederation, research regarding working life, union training programs, and awareness initiatives for youth. Assessments were also made regarding the development of cooperation between universities and civil society organizations.
