The Executive Coaching and Consulting Turkish master's program with thesis has been opened at our University. Within the scope of the program, in addition to receiving a well-equipped education from academics who are experts in their fields, it is possible to benefit from the privileged opportunities of our university.
The program is designed to develop applicable coaching competencies in the business world, provide an evidence-based understanding of behavioral change mechanisms, and enable students to gain professional experience through supervision-supported practices.
Today, leadership, management, and organizational transformation processes are driven not only by strategic knowledge but also by psychological insight, knowledge of behavioral change, and professional coaching skills.
