On May 9, 2025, a comprehensive Academic Cooperation Agreement was signed between Ibn Haldun University and the United Arab Emirates University during a ceremony held at Ibn Haldun University. UAE University H.E. Chancellor Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Associate Provost for Student Affairs Dr. Suad AlMarzooqi, and their accompanying delegation participated in the ceremony.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Rector of Ibn Haldun University, members of the Board of Trustees, and our academic staff. The agreement focuses on Arabic language education, encompassing faculty and student exchange programs, joint projects, and cultural collaborations.
On the same day, the Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Center for Arabic Teaching and Teacher Training, established within Ibn Haldun University, was officially inaugurated. The center aims to contribute at an international level to Arabic language teaching and teacher training.
This collaboration is expected to further strengthen the academic and cultural ties between the two countries and universities, and to foster new joint initiatives in Arabic education.
