Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan has been reappointed as the Rector of Ibn Haldun University with the approval of the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The official decision regarding his appointment was published in the Official Gazette on July 10, 2025, and has entered into force.
