The Turkish PhD program in Public Law is opened at our University.
With the Public Law graduate programs, the goal is to enhance Türkiye’s visibility in international legal literature, train highly qualified public law academicians, and contribute to the capacity for rethinking the relationship between law and the state.
Public law comprehends the foundational branches of law that regulate the organization of the state, the exercise of public power, the relationship between the individual and the state, and the constitutional boundaries of this relationship.
