The film is inspired from the “Circle of Justice” or “Circle of Political Wisdom” of the scholar Ibn Khaldun (ابن خَلْدون). The circle explains the basic codes of our civilization and the secret of the survival of the powerful states. Kemal Bilal Aydın and Fehim Eren were the producers of our Promotional film which was meticulously maintained by Kalyon Agency. After 15 days of pre-production of the technical team of 36 people, the 3-day shootings took place with 98 casts. The screenwriter of the film, in which our President Professor Recep Şentürk and our academicians also acted, is Feyza R. Altındal. The music of the film has the signature of Fatih Ihlamur.
The Circle of Justice is mentioned in the Muqaddimah “introduction”, the masterpiece of Ibn Khaldun which states that: “The world is a garden, the fence of which is the state. The state is an authority through which life is given to proper behavior. Proper behavior is a policy directed by the ruler. The ruler is an institution supported by the soldiers. The soldiers are helpers who are maintained by money. Money is sustenance brought together by the subjects. The subjects are servants who are protected by justice. Justice is something familiar and through it, the world persists. The world is a garden...”
