Hundreds of Prospective Students from 51 Cities Gathered at Our University for the Tomorrow’s Türkiye
Organized by Ibn Haldun University in collaboration with Istanbul Technical University, TercihFest 2025 kicked off with great attendance on Friday, July 25, at the Ibn Haldun Complex.

As the first and only university preference program of its kind in Türkiye, TercihFest ’25 was launched on Friday, July 25, by Ibn Haldun University in collaboration with Istanbul Technical University. Over the course of the three-day event, prospective students from 51 cities across the country—those who have taken the university entrance exam and are preparing for the preference process—will have the opportunity to explore university life up close and receive valuable guidance for making informed choices.

This year’s TercihFest’25, held under the theme “Tomorrow’s Türkiye” focuses on the knowledge, skills, and values that individuals need to shape the future of our country. Prospective students from 236 different high schools are offered a wide range of opportunities, including specially designed workshops, sample lectures, campus tours, one-on-one meetings with faculty members, networking with alumni, career planning sessions, and personalized guidance for making informed university choices. Additionally, sessions on topics such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and ethical leadership provide a platform to explore how a strong future can be built in both the social sciences and engineering fields.

The first day, filled with rich and engaging sessions, concluded with a dinner held in the campus garden, graciously attended by Vice President of Türkiye, Mr. Cevdet Yılmaz.
